Fabio Manfre
Project & Programme Management Associate ARUP
Fabio is an Associate Project Manager at Arup. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, he specialises in the delivery of complex data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe.
Fabio has led multidisciplinary teams through all stages of project delivery, from early planning and design coordination to procurement, construction and handover. He works closely with owners, designers, contractors and specialist consultants to manage risk, maintain programme certainty and ensure successful outcomes in highly technical environments.
His recent experience includes supporting major global technology clients in the development and construction of large-scale data centre facilities. Fabio is particularly focused on project and programme management, stakeholder alignment, design integration and construction delivery strategies that enable efficient, scalable and sustainable infrastructure development.
