Construction and Delivery professional with more than 10 years of experience across Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Mission Critical Facilities, including over 5 years within the Data Center industry.
Currently working within the EMEA Data Center sector, supporting the delivery of complex construction programs throughout the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, operational readiness and handover.

My experience includes project controls, construction delivery, stakeholder management, contract administration, risk management, OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) equipment management, commissioning coordination and the resolution of technical and commercial challenges on large-scale mission critical projects.

During my career I have been involved in major project recovery initiatives, contractor transitions, quality remediation programs and schedule recovery strategies, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist vendors to maintain delivery objectives while balancing risk, quality and commercial considerations.

I am particularly passionate about creating alignment between stakeholders, improving team collaboration and establishing transparent communication structures that support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
