Paulo is a senior AEC industry leader currently driving the development of Atlas Edge’s data centre portfolio in Portugal, with a 30MW IT load pipeline spanning feasibility through handover. He brings a development focus to delivery, ensuring the moving parts of a data centre development — permitting, procurement, design and construction — come together as a single, integrated delivery strategy rather than a sequence of handoffs.
He focuses on building high-performing, collaborative teams, keeping the supply chain and other stakeholders aligned to the strategic goals of the project.
